I'm assuming you must have them and I want to know some of your favourite beers because most commerical US beer tastes like pisswater.

This isn't a thread for recommending Budweiser to me, or Coors... something decent with some flavour. :|

Also, do you guys drink beer on draught (tap) or does it mainly come in bottles?

holy shit man! there are so freakin' many micro brews everywhere here. when i still lived in California we had Lagunitas (who made an awesome double hopped IPA), the Broken Drum, Marin Brew Co., Moylans Brew Co., Sierra Nevada, Ross Valley, Stone, and so on and so on.

Lagunitas Maximus is GREAT
Aarogant Bastard from Stone is just as good
the Wamber from Broken Drum is up there
Sierra Nevada Pale Ale
Whiteknuckle Ale from Marin Brew Co.

there's too many to list.

i work in the franciscan well microbrewery in cork, ireland. so now must go see all those brewery's. and where shall i find this double hopped ipa? and what hopps? i love a good challenger hopp. and can you get it casked? oh. i'm drooling...

We get our beer here in Utah (Utah and beer in the same sentence hahahahaha) at Wasatch Brewery. But typically we homebrew. We have a chocolate stout and tap right now.

I've wanted to get into beer/ale making for a couple of years now. A few friends of mine inspired me when they started homebrewing at uni.
