Anyone here playing Oblivion? I needed a break from the FPSs and opted for an RPG, something I haven't played since... Diablo? Yeah, it's been years.

Yeah, so I've logged in about 28 hours in the past 4.5 days. Sure it'd be more, but I do have to go to work. Boo. There's just so much to do in the game. Good times.

It's probably good I don't play Warcrack. If I got this addicted to a single player RPG I'd hate to think what would happen if I got on a MMORPG. :i:

I did. Stopped playing when I completed the main quest and reached the highest rank in every faction. I find it funny looking at my character who's in charge of every guild in the game.

The one thing I don't for with the game is level progression. It seems really unbalanced to me. At this point my alchemy is so high that I could sleep for one hour at a time and gain level upon level but still get slaughtered in combat. It doesn't seem even to me. I guess I'm just more of an XP person.

most... addictive... game... ever....

but yes, I suspect replay value will go down exponentially.

Still... it's slowly sucking my soul.

I played through it once, became the boss of everything, and completed the main quest line... Had something like 115 hours of play but was only at level 11. Then I got bored and didn't touch the game for a few months.

About a week ago I started playing it again with a new character. I forgot how addictive it was

I bought the GOTY edition and have been playing pretty much every day since... when I'm not playing Halo 3. Which isn't very often since I beat the campaign and got bored with the multiplayer.

Anyway, I've been beating all the faction quests before moving too far with the main one.

IMO the main quest is the worst quest in the game coz it gets boring closing oblivion gates over and over again. This time round I don't think I'll bother with the main quest at all.

I would like to play it more. I've only played it about once or twice but the open storyline is awesome. I would like to try a character at becoming evil, to see what the initiation is like =)
I used to play ultima online but I never really had the chance to play world of warcraft for long.

Me and my buddy Logan finished Halo 3 =) The boss combat in that game was fucking brutal dude! Nothing like breaking a motor bike with your bare claws.

I played years ago but have not played since. I remember I had a cat (I forgot the name of the species.) I spent days saving and reloading trying to get 4 of those stones that make you 25% invisible. If you use 4 you are completely invisible. Everything from then on was super easy cause nothing could hurt me really.

Savage game, I've just about played it to death. The Shivering Isles has to be some of the best DLC ever released.

Does anyone here play Skyrim? I only got about 30 hours of gameplay in (only) before my TV packed it in. My work hours have been cut by more than two thirds now and I'm finding it hard to justify buying a new one. Brilliant from what I saw of it though, deserves every bit of the hype.
