my friend has it, it's amusing seriously.
we played for like...4-5 strait hours it was nuts.

I have played all guitar hero games so far... only have Guitar Hero 2 for XBOX 360 though... i think it's a very good game actually

I have GHII. GHIII is preordered.

I've also preordered GHIII... i'll get it together with the wireless guitar (XBOX360) the same day it's being released in sweden ^^

I'll think I'll be opting for Rock Band instead of GH3. The boy figured out how to mod our PS2 and create his own playable songs, so yeah..

I've been thinking about getting Rock Band, but it's pretty expensive to buy all the stuff so i don't know if i will get it.

I'm guilty. Played GH for the first time at a friends 2 weeks ago. Went and bought a used ps2, gh, and ghII just a few days later.

What's this "instead"? I'm getting both.

I'm having so much fun playing 3! Im definetly liking artists singing the s ongs instead of people trying to imitate on this one. and the wireless controller is so much better to play with!

At least the wireless for PS2 let you palm eat in a song. The xplorer controller doesn't let you do that, it counts it as a double-hit and messes it up. I expect the wireless SG should be better than its wired predecessor.

I've beaten Guitar Hero 1 and 2 and am waiting for 3 but I just like playing what I have, though I'd like a wireless controller or a longer cord so I could rock out better

So, I lied. The boyfriend got to bring home the PS2 version 3 days before it was released "to the public," and after playing it we went out and bought it for the 360 on the release day.
