Hey!

I know you have spent a lot of time across the pond, and me and my boyfriend are thinking about maybe going to Cambodia this winter. Have you ever been there? I'd like to talk to someone with first hand experiences! I have a lot of questionsss.

So cool!

Even cooler!!

At this point the only real thing holding me back is that whole 18 hour plane ride... :What the fuck:

Anyway, if you have any info, greatly appreciated, you were really the only one I could think off, that's been to that side of the world.

Breathe out
So I could breathe you in
Hold you in

i don't understand why a simple flight would be the only thing holding you back? is the the cost of the 18 hour plane ride? or are you afraid to be on one for that long?

Yeah well, in my life time I will never be able to afford anything but economy, which, when going that far, will be interesting... Also, yeah with 3 stops all together (on most of the flights I've seen to far), you end up looking at well over a days worth of travel. That's a lot. It's not a reason to not do it. But it still makes me hesitate.

I live like right next to the Cambodian border. My girlfriend and I went to Angkor Wat for new years. It was an awesome time although a one day pass was kinda expensive on my salary it was 40 or 50 dollars every thing else was affordable. The food is ok not as good as Thai food but still good if you have any questions ask away.

As an Australian (who has traveled across the world a few times in economy) I can tell you that even 40hrs traveling is well worth it when you're headed somewhere you really want to be. Don't let it make you hesitant!

...in saying that however, I'd recommend investing in some noise cancelling headphones if you can afford them.
