Necrotic Obsession

Everyone has issues and baggage that they carry around, but why is it that the better looking they are, the more intense those issues seem to be?

If you are absolutely gorgeous you either have a self esteem that gives you entitlement or a number of other complexes, or your self esteem is incredibly low and you go for the guys that treat you like shit. There are so few good looking women that are humble, not stupid, and have all the other traits a lot of normal people have.

Disclaimer: I'm talking drop dead gorgeous, pretty girls are hit or miss but seem to be an average balance and the fugly girls sometimes have the same issues, especially with the self esteem issues. I'm also NOT talking about the exceptions...there are always exceptions.

Oh, yes.
I've been with a couple of those, and being the idiot that I am, I just had to be nice if I felt that way. Everytime I "slipped" there, things got bitchy. When I got pissed off and treated them like worthless crap, they were all over me.

I don't think it's low self esteem, maybe they're used to guys treating them nice and being treated like crap makes them feel challenged. Or maybe they feel that if a guy doesn't give a fuck about them, then he's better than them. Or they just fall for the same macho, dominant play all women do.
Of course, I'm talking about subconscious impulses and desires.

Or I've got no clue what's in a woman's mind.

If everyone has been telling you that you're unbelievably stunning your whole life, and treating you as such, why wouldn't it go to your head?

man i had a smokin girlfriend once... big tits, six pack, dreds, nipple, clit and tongue rings... phew... the hole package... except she was crazy jealous... like CRAZY! and for a guy who's friends are mostly women, that didn't go over well... that is the first time i disappeared from this place... not only did i stop coming here but i stopped talking to most of my friends too... cuz damn she was hot and i thought we could work out her issues... i thought wrong... she didn't get better, even when i tried to break up with her and she promised to get better it didn't... i ended up having to kick her out of my place... wasn't pretty... but she still wanted me afterwards....

Her ex treated her like shit and cheated on her (same with the last ex... go figure)... and even though i jumped through hoops it didn't matter, always suspecting me of something with someone else...

I think they get used to being treated like shit... maybe they like the drama... maybe they don't want an easy lovey dovey relationship...

I think also when women are exceptionally good looking... they either accept it and have high confidence, or they are always worrying about their appearance, always worrying that as soon as they aren't as pretty, they won't have anything left to offer...

who knows man...

i do miss that six pack... dear lord she was hot...

"drop dead gorgeous" is subjective. eye of the beholder. i'd need to see examples of this.

I've never noticed this myself. In my experience everybody regardless of their appearance is riddled with issues of some kind or another.

So everyone is fucked up in your opinion? I agree. I guess it is a matter on whether you can handle their baggage. It is a shame I lack the patience for most people's crap

So at some point in my life I thought I've found someone "normal". At 8 in the morning she goes out to get some food. She comes with 4 bottles of wine. It was fun, and I concluded all women have some screws loose, at least those that I would meet.

Now I'm with someone who's into mild S&M. I feel like a teenager again.

Anyway, the point is thank God everybody's fucked up.

i find 'normal' men boring. they tend to have unrealistic expectations that i will be more 'normal' than i am. lose-lose.

Just remember no matter how pretty they are somewhere out there, someone is sick of their shit.

*sigh* i just spent the weekend with the girl of me dreams, i've been infatuated with her for years... we had a brief romantic period of time way back when but it didn't work (my fault).

somethings are better left as dreams then to try to actualize them... you often end up disappointed...
