This is Passe-Montagne from the very popular 70's kids show Passe-Partout demonstrating oral sex (actually he is pretending to be a kitten or something like that).

Passe-Partout is possibly THE most popular kid's show EVER that was made in quebec. Everyone here saw this show at least a few times, even kids born 2 years ago.

When we were young, this was completely innocent, but once you get older, this sketch seems completely perverted. Very funny!
