lol, im honestly not sure. im usually always up to at least midnight (like it says in wiki) and my bed time is usually pretty regular, other than that, yea i have sleep problems where when i lay down it takes me an hour or more of laying in a half awake/half asleep state waiting to go to REM sleep...

What are the odds we're both in that 1% of the population who has this?

Tbh, everybody would benefit from some sort of therapy, we all have something that could go better or needs adjustement. Some people's affliction just shows more clearly than others'.

Wow... this explains a lot. I always thought I had insomnia, but my usual "sleepy" time is 3am, very hard to stay awake past that time, impossible to sleep before. Sadly still have to get up around 7-8am and I do not nap...ever lol. I can just always sleep better in the AM. Sadly the "treatments" listed don't seem so successful. I should find a night job hehe.
