but bodys can wash up on shore, besides, how would i get someone onto a boat without being seen?

If you weigh the body down and drop it down the Mariana Trench (deepest part of the ocean) that body will never be recovered. As for getting them on the boat without being seen....well...bloody hell this a team effort, you think of something :P

After submerged bodies start decomposing, parts (hands, feet, arms) can break off and make their way to the surface.

True. Hmm...well we need to factor in seacreatures eating bits too. And the swell out there. How long would it take for the body parts to reach the nearest coast, which is China I believe. Will the parts be decomposed/eaten enough not to cause a worry by the time they appear? Assuming the murder was done cleanly, if China decide to even investigate and DNA test the body parts what would they compare them to? Hopefully our person isn't on any databases (why would they be?). I guess we just need to make sure we remove their teeth aswell. And any tattoos or remarkable scars.
What else?

not forgetting to wear gloves, n hairnets for cleanliness n safety reasons :Evil fuckin grin:
throw away unwanted body organs and sell the rest.
i dont know if people wud notice the diff once its skinned.

clean way:
dig a hole in the woods or wherever thats not crowded,
get the person to follow u there.

Haha wow... Notice the creep hasnt even posted here yet? :Evil fuckin grin:
Um... as for said murder, I tend to like the whole 'cement their feet and drop them in the ocean' thing, and to deal with the issue of decay simply cement the entire body :Obsession:

Here's how to extract nicotine from tobacco, lifted from the anarchist's cookbook.

Nicotine by the Jolly Roger

Nicotine is an abundant poison. Easily found in tobacco products, in concentrated form a few drops can quickly kill someone. Here is how to concentrate it:
First get a can of chewing tobacco or pipe tobacco. Remove the contents and soak in water overnight in a jar (about 2/3 cup of water will do...). In the morning, strain into another jar the mixture through a porous towel. Then wrap the towel around the ball of tobacco and squeeze it until all of the liquid is in the jar. Throw away the tobacco--you will not need it anymore.

Now you have two options. I recommend the first. It makes the nicotine more potent.
1) Allow to evaporate until a sticky syrup results in the jar. This is almost pure nicotine (hell, it is pure enough for sure!).
2) Heat over low flame until water is evaporated and a thick sticky syrup results (I don't know how long it takes... shouldn't take too long, though.).

Now all you have to do, when you wish to use it, is to put a few drops in a medicine dropper or equivalent, and slip about 4 or 5 drops into the victim's coffee. Coffee is recommended since it will disguise the taste. Since nicotine is a drug, the victim should get quite a buzz before they turn their toes up to the daisies, so to speak.

Note: If the syrup is too sticky, dilute it with a few drops of water. And while you are at it, better add an extra drop to the coffee just to be sure!

Doubtful that you will get away with it, perhaps you could say the poor fellow had been a chainsmoker.
