ive experienced what a lot of people say is "sleep paralysis".
but im still not sure what it is.
dont know if its a dream or not when ur half asleep i think and u cant move, sometimes i cant breathe.
is it really the work of spirits or is it all just a dream?
i seriously dont know.

ne of u guys ever experience this "sleep paralysis?" :help:
