Dreams of Violence

I've been having dreams about killing or brutally hurting people - particularly the ones I've been working with. One dreams, I was in a knife fight with one of them. The other dream, I was pummeling another person into the ground...

Anyone else having violent dreams?

Most recently I have been having dreams that my ex step father is out to kill me and my mother .. In one particular dream he shot me three times and I remember the smile and smirk on his face when he did it ...And in the other dream I stabbed him with my knife that I keep in my purse all the time .. I also had a smile on my face .. I try not to let them get to me .. Its just your minds way of getting rid of stressful situations that you know deep down in side you would get in trouble for really doing .. It is what makes us " Sane " ..

I used to have recurring dreams of bashing my ex-girlfriend's head into the pavement. It was fun.
There was that dream a little while ago where my mother shot me three times. Nothing more than that though.

I haven't ever had bad dreams about hurting any of my ex gf's .. But that's just me ..

The dreams were mine and I was shot three times. I don't recall you being there. Regardless, it makes complete sense if you knew the situation at length.

As for bashing ex's heads into pavement, that's just good clean fun.

I was stating my dream .. I was shot three times in my dream too if you read it correctly you would then understand my point in the matter ..
