I can see why you turned that down! I'm not a fan of teaching really young learners either.

As Creep said, you will find it difficult starting off in Japan if you're already broke. However, a lot of the major language schools (especially Nova *shudders* and Shane English School) will provide loans, if you need them and also accomodation, which gets docked from your wages and often works out cheaper to not get a place through the school.

Nay I am not going for a job I have a job in Korea I am going to get a VISA so I can actually start working... as this is the first time I think in the history of this profession a school will not allow someone to teach to all the paper work is done. So I have a free hotel room and transportation fees.

Creep as for Vegetarians I guess you don't know many Canadian foreign language instructors as the vast majority are veggies. I won't be there in a month I will be in japan for the max of a few days this trip... I plan on going to japan during my first major break this year though, as I need to get some more ink and tattoo parlors are illegal in this country. Oh yeah any hook up with any bro there would be greatly appreciated.

Ahhhhhh visas, of course! Our friend came to visit us from Taiwan when he needed to renew his visa.

As for the vegetarianism, I'd stick with noodles, rice and vegetable gyoza. However, you can never be exactly sure what they've been cooking with. We used to have to ask for things to come without meat and the Japanese would get very confused at the concept.
